The Pingouin Snowmobile Club, Le club de motoneige Les Ours Blancs, and the Pontiac Snowmobile Driver's Association like to remind you of the following:

The right of ways are fragile. The clubs have had to sign agreement protocols with the MRC and certain municipalities in order to conserve the right of passage.

These agreements are based on the respect for others.

1. Speed of 30 km/h in residential areas
2. Respect and follow all signs (Speed limits, dangers etc)
3. Modified snowmobiles are not permitted or tolerated on Quebec's trails (tune pipes or any other modifications). Towing at owner's expense.
4. Curfew from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on former railroad corridors

Theses rights of ways are given to the snowmobile clubs under the condition that the snowmobilers uphold a proper behavior and these rights could be revoked at any time.
